Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
Processing Times

Please give us 2-3 days to get your order processed and shipped. (excluding Sundays & Mondays). We will try to get it out sooner. In store pickups will be ready in 2-24 hours, as long as we did not have an inventory glitch!

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping & handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. It is VERY hard to estimate, so a tiered rate structure is the default. However, if the shipping and handling costs us LESS, we WILL refund you, as a store credit or, on request, to your credit card.

Estimated delivery times vary by location. We ship from Hopewell, NJ via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Please visit their website to estimate shipment times to your location. Due to frequent delays, we do NOT ship USPS Ground or First Class unless you request it (send us an email!)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package’s progress.
Local Pickup / Delivery (optional)

Local Pickup: Orders can be picked up at our shop. 45 West Broad Street, Hopewell. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. We can generally turn this around pretty fast. 24 hours is standard, but If you're in a rush, feel free to call our shop at 609-460-9963. If we are open, we can be ready quickly!

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the US and Canada.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE at orders@dandelionwishes.shop within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are able to accommodate your request, we will. If you cancel the order, but it has already been packed for shipping, a handling fee will be deducted from your return.
